Welcome to The Curvy Coach Wellness Membership!

By joining this membership community, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These guidelines are here to create clarity, maintain trust, and ensure an empowering experience for every member.

1. Overview

By accessing The Curvy Coach Wellness Membership and associated coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Your membership provides access to ongoing coaching resources, community support, and educational materials to help you on your wellness journey.

2. Membership Access

As an active member, you’ll receive:

Bi-monthly group coaching calls
Exclusive wellness tools, resources, and downloads
Access to our private online community
Ongoing accountability and support

Your membership begins immediately upon purchase and will remain active as long as your payments are current. The Curvy Coach reserves the right to update, adjust, or enhance membership offerings at any time to better serve the community.

3. Payments & Billing

Membership fees are billed automatically every month using the payment method you provide.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Because you receive instant access to digital materials, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Failed or expired payments may result in paused access until payment is updated.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your membership anytime by:

Logging into your account and updating your subscription settings, or
Emailing hello@thecurvycoach.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your access to membership materials and the community will expire.

5. Group Coaching

Enrollment in group coaching programs represents a commitment to the full duration of the program.

All group coaching payments are final and non-refundable.
Because space is limited and group participation is essential to the experience, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up.
Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling.

By joining, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that your results depend on your active participation and engagement.

6. One-on-One Coaching

All one-on-one coaching payments are final and non-refundable. However, flexibility is offered for scheduling:

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of The Curvy Coach.

By booking a session, you agree to respect this policy and commit to the coaching process.

7. Community Guidelines

Our community is a safe and encouraging space for all members. By participating, you agree to:

Treat all members with kindness, respect, and confidentiality.
Keep shared content and discussions private within the group.
Refrain from promoting products, services, or other programs.
Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or negativity.

The Curvy Coach reserves the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines, without refund.

8. Coaching Disclaimer

All materials, sessions, and resources offered through The Curvy Coach are for educational and motivational purposes only.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or nutritional counseling.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or wellness routine.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, guides, and resources are the exclusive property of The Curvy Coach.
You may not copy, share, distribute, or sell any part of this content without written permission.

10. Updates to Terms

The Curvy Coach may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant updates will be shared via email or inside the membership platform. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
