At The Curvy Coach, we are committed to providing personalized coaching services that help you achieve your wellness, confidence, and lifestyle goals. Please read our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Coaching Sessions

All coaching services are scheduled in advance. Once a session is booked, it is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Individual Sessions: Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Packages or Programs: Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of coaching, we have a strict no-refund policy:

  • All sales for coaching sessions, packages, and programs are final.

  • Payments cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once confirmed.

  • This ensures fairness for clients and allows us to reserve dedicated time for your coaching journey.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! You may request to reschedule a session under the following terms:

  • Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled within your package period.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Group Programs or Challenges

  • All program fees are non-refundable once the program begins.

  • Missed group sessions cannot be refunded, but recordings may be provided when available.

  • We encourage participation, but refunds are not offered due to the group-based structure.

5. Special Circumstances

We are committed to supporting our clients. In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, etc.), please contact us directly at hello@thecurvycoach.com. While refunds may still not be issued, we will work with you to reschedule sessions when possible.
