Refund Policy

1. One-on-One Coaching

All payments for one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice to accommodate scheduling needs.

If a session is canceled or missed without at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited and considered used. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of the coach.

2. Group Coaching Programs

All group coaching program payments are final and non-refundable. Because group programs have limited spaces and rely on consistent participation, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up. Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling.

3. Monthly Membership

Monthly membership payments are non-refundable. Upon joining, members receive immediate access to exclusive resources, materials, and community support. For this reason, cancellations or refunds are not available once payment has been processed.
