Grab your coffee and let's chat! This free 20-minute call is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about where you are in your wellness journey, what you'd like to change, and what's been making it difficult to prioritize your health in this season of life. I'll also explain what wellness coaching looks like, answer your questions, and help you determine whether 1:1 coaching with me feels like the right fit. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a conversation about you, your goals, and what support might look like moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
1:1 Wellness Coaching Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to invest in your wellness journey! To provide the best coaching experience, please review the following policies before booking. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your coaching package. Scheduling: Your package includes four 60-minute coaching sessions. Sessions should be completed within six weeks of your first appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be forfeited. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's appointment. Refunds: Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. If you decide coaching is not the right fit before your first session, please contact me to discuss your options. Communication: Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. You'll receive your meeting link by email after booking. Limited email support is available between sessions for questions related to your coaching plan. Scope of Practice: Wellness coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, psychological, or other licensed healthcare services. Please consult your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. By booking your coaching package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
