At The Curvy Coach, I am committed to providing high-quality wellness coaching services that support your growth and success. Please review the following refund policy before purchasing services.

1. Coaching Services

All coaching services, including nutrition, wellness, mindset, and lifestyle coaching, are non-refundable. Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of coaching, refunds are not issued once a session, package, or program has been purchased.

2. Digital Products and Programs

All digital products, guides, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24-hours' notice. Cancellations made within less than the required notice period or missed appointments may be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you choose to discontinue coaching early. No partial refunds will be issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of The Curvy Coach. Any approved refund will be partial and determined based on services already rendered.
