Today, Thursday, September 10, 2009, I – Kimmoy the Curvy Coach have signed into law the “No Plus Size Business Left Behind Act” (NPSLBA) so that all plus size friendly businesses will have access to the training, tools, and support they need to achieve success in the Plus Size Industry.

Accountability

Kimmoy the Curvy Coach is opening her doors so that you can call on her under the “No Plus Size Business Left Behind Act” to address all of your business needs. She is here to give you guidance and coach you along the way so that you meet your business goals. However, the decision lies with you. You must first make your business a priority and realize this is more than a hobby.  The NPSLBA has set some rules in place so that you can take the steps necessary to create a profitable and unforgettable business for your clients. Having a defined blueprint that is easy-to-follow is an OK accountability system. To make it even better, progress check-points and follow-up systems in conjunction with the use of the latest technologies have been set in place to ensure even greater accountability.

Second, you must realize that any successful entrepreneur did not do it by themselves. No woman is an island, she knows, she was born and raised on one What this means, you are required to access the vast networks of entrepreneurs in the plus-size industry to connect with, share ideas with, form joint ventures with, and so forth. It is recommended that you participate in both online and offline networking activities especially local organizations such as your Chamber of Commerce or a  face-to-face Mastermind Group to solidify your connections and keep the local economy active. The Curvy Coach no less is the preferred network

Supplemental Educational Services

Paid training is available on a regular basis which provides more in-depth learning and requires IMPLEMENTATION. All business owners, CEOs, and entrepreneurs in the Plus-Size Industry must define what works best for their business and lifestyle and implement what they’ve learned. One-on-One Coaching Sessions are also available for those who prefer more hand-holding and guidance as they accelerate to reach their business goals (send me an email for your 1:1 session). Large corporations in the Plus-Size Industry or who would like to be a part of this community are required to enlist plus-size consumers in their market research and it is preferred that you hire a Curvy Coach Consultant to advise your plus-size marketing efforts.

The NPSBLBA was designed to accommodate all business owners, CEOs, entrepreneurs with varying budgets. Free tips and resources are available on http:// www.thecurvycoach.com. Free seminars via the computer and/or telephone are also available to accommodate different learning styles. All business owners, CEOs, and entrepreneurs in the Plus-Size Industry are expected to reserve part of their funds to invest in ongoing education for themselves and their businesses. The plus size industry cannot expect to thrive in any economy if you do not position your business for growth. To compete on a global level, the plus-size business industry must have access to time-tested marketing and business strategies as well as the latest technologies that are evolving to propel your business in a more affordable and efficient manner.

As your revenues continue to skyrocket, you are expected to re-invest part of your revenues in your business and in the plus size community. It is common practice under the NPSBLA to support the community that supported you.

All one-on-one sessions and collection of any personally identifiable information remains confidential. Your personal information will not be sold, shared, or rented.  Permission to share details will only be requested for the purposes of testimonials and/or promotions.

Measure of Success

The “No Plus Size Business Left Behind Act” will be deemed a success when you are a recognized plus-size friendly brand and consumers continue to invest in your products and/or services. Additional measures include the happiness of the customers, increasing revenues, positive cash flow, and overall well-being of the company. Business Evaluations and Market Research will be conducted throughout the fiscal year to determine if businesses in the plus-size industry are adhering to the “No Plus Size Business Left Behind Act”. Full compliance is expected. If you are not in compliance, you will receive additional tools, training, and support.
